THE MEETING is intended for young pianists with a suitable repertoire for concerts. It is also open to students, teachers, and musicians in general, and to anyone willing to attend as a listening student.

PLACE OF THE CLASSES:
Parador de San Marcos (State-run Hotel). Plaza de San Marcos, nº 7 – León.
Conciertos de Clausura: Auditorio Ciudad de León. Days 9th and 10th of July

SELECTION. The selection test will take place at 9:30am on the 5th of July at the Eutherpe Audition Hall, calle Alfonso V, nº 10 (10, Alfonso V Street – León). At the end of the morning pupils will be informed of the result of the test. Pupils who will not be selected as participants to the meeting will anyway be allowed to follow the classes as listening students.

TIMETABLE AND CLASSES ORGANIZATION Classes will be given at the Parador of San Marcos at 17:00pm. Professors Joaquín Soriano, Jacques Rouvier and Sergio Perticaroli will organize them and they will also decide which musical pieces they will practise with each student amongst the ones listed within the registration form.

CONTAINTS:
Each participant student will be given two classes of 45 minutes from each professor and will be allowed to attend other pupils’ classes as a listening student.

CLOSING CEREMONY CONCERTS:
The Meeting will end with a Closing Ceremony of two concerts which will take place on the Days 9th and 10th of July at the Auditorio Ciudad de León, Avenida Reyes Leoneses, nº 4 – León. Professors will give the opportunity to participate to as many well prepared young pianists as possible.

PLACE OF REHEARSING:
Students will be able to rehearse at the Conservatory of León, Calle Santa Nonia nº 11, León.

LIMITED BOOKING:
A maximum of 20 participant students will be admitted.

Participant students: 400 €.
Listening students:120 €

3.- The receipt of the payment of the 10/% of the total amount of the registation price for participants students. The rest of the money will be payed after being informed of the results of the selection test. As this wii occur at the end of the first morning and banks will be already closed, it will be possible to do it on the second day of the course at:

When entering the money it will be necessary to specify:
As “ordenante”, the name of the student who is enrolling.
As “concepto”, the name of the Course: “International Meeting of Young Pianists”
Important Note: in case of cancellation, it must be notified at least 72 hours before the beginning of the course. In this case the amount of the registration price will be refunded, except for the 10/% of its total amount, which will not be refunded at all. In case of no assistance to the course without a previous notification or a fully justified reason, no money at all will be refounded.
