REQUISITES OF PARTICIPATION IN THE CONCERTS

 1. EUTHERPE'S HALL (LEÓN): soloist and chamber music

- This Hall is available during the whole year except at Christmas and Easter Holidays and on the months of July and August. The concerts preferably take place over the weekend.  
 

- Before applying for the date to perform, it is convenient to visit our website: www.fundacioneutherpe.com to make sure that the Hall is not booked with master classes or other concerts.
 

 2. ALFONSO EL MAGNÁNIMO HALL (VALENCIA): chamber music

- We advise to send a recording, either a video or audio.

- The concerts take place on a monthly basis, and the date will be agreed with the delegate and coordinator in Valencia.

- Eutherpe-Valencia offers the possibility to record the concert on CD and its diffusion on the radio.

 3. COMMON CONDITIONS:

Those who are interested should contact the Foundation and book the date with at last two months notice from the chosen date.

A personal photo should be sent by e-mail, to be published on the Foundation´s web page and on the press, as well as the curriculum and the chosen program that will be performed.

All performers are asked a maximum level of responsibility in the preparation and performance of the concert, admitting a change of date or of the program if it is considered that the concert is not adequately prepared, or for other circumstances.

Travelling tickets within Spain and the accomodation (one night) are covered by the Foundation only if the applicants are members. Nevertheless, the maximum amount available as a support for travelling expenses is of 150 euros.

The expenses of those performers who are not members will only be covered as far as the Foundation´s financial possibilities will reach, with a maximum amount of 100 Euros as financial support for travelling expenses. In case the Foundation´s budget would not be able to cover the expenses, each performer will have to pay for their travelling and accommodation expenses. The Foundation does not cover the expenses of the performer´s possible guests.

Travelling costs from abroad will have to be previously agreed according to the financial possibilities of the foundation.
